The Role:
In this new and exciting role, the Recruitment Partner will be the driving force in finding the right people as we continue to redefine motorsport.
A truly 360 role, you’ll own the entire recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, managing the critical, hands-on administrative work that ensures a seamless hiring process, whilst also acting as a trusted expert advisor to our hiring managers.
You will bring pace and precision to every aspect of the recruitment process, from flawlessly managing the logistics of complex interview schedules to ensuring timely candidate communications and accurately preparing all hiring documentation.
This is a role for someone who thrives on building strong relationships and is looking to take complete ownership of all things recruitment.
Key Deliverables:
- Own the entire recruitment journey: You will manage the complete 360-recruitment lifecycle, from creating compelling job postings and sourcing top talent to managing a seamless interview process and successfully negotiating offers.
- Become a trusted advisor: Act as the go-to expert for hiring managers and leadership, providing consultation and regular updates while guiding them on inclusive, best-in-class hiring strategies.
- Be a proactive talent sourcer:Go beyond applications by proactively looking for talent on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and collaborating with recruitment agencies to build pipelines for the future.
- Champion a flawless candidate experience: Meticulously manage all coordination, from complex interview scheduling to clear, timely communication, ensuring every candidate has a positive and informed journey with us.
- Drive strategic impact: Use data from our ATS (we use Teamtailor) to create insightful reports, identify process improvements, and contribute ideas for our employer brand, ensuring our recruitment efforts align with our business goals.
What we're looking for in you:
- A seasoned recruitment expert: With previous experience as a Recruitment Advisor, Manager or a seasoned, full cycle Recruiter, you’re confident in your ability to advise, influence, and build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- An autonomous and organised self-starter: Highly motivated and resilient, you thrive on working independently, taking complete ownership of your function, and flawlessly managing multiple hiring campaigns at pace.
- A champion of compliance and inclusivity: You have a strong working knowledge of UK employment law and GDPR principles and demonstrable experience in developing strategies to improve diversity within recruitment.
- Exceptional attention to detail: You possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills and a meticulous eye for detail that ensures quality and accuracy in everything from data management to drafting employment contracts.
- A strategic and commercial mindset: You're skilled in using ATS systems and can translate data into actionable insights, developing recruitment plans that directly support business objectives.
