The Role:
In this new role, the Creator Publisher Manager will report to the Content Director and take the lead on wider distribution of content with third parties, including creators, digital publishers and editorial partners. The key deliverables are:
- Effective agency management:Management of an external agency leading on creators and publishers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- High quality content delivery:Collaboration with in-house and agency content production teams to effectively deliver content to creators, publishers and editorial partners.
- Creative storytelling: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key creators to facilitate compelling and genuine storytelling that resonates with our audience.
- Internal collaboration: Effectively manage key internal relationships with teams, drivers, partners, media rights and broadcasters to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Content ideation:Actively contribute to the wider marketing function, playing a key role in ideation for content plans and production.

- Storytelling expertise:The ability to clearly communicate a vision for content production, understanding editorial narratives and messaging.
- Organisational acumen:Ability to manage simultaneous projects and ensure everything is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Creative thinker:Able to ideate innovative content concepts.
- Collaborative: A highly collaborative and team-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships across different teams.
- Industry interests:An interest in innovation, technology, and sustainability.

This is a hybrid role and you'll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office.
