The Role:
This is a 3-4 day a week freelancer/contractor opportunity for an experienced Designer who will play a key role in crafting visually compelling, client-facing presentations and conceptual designs for the Commercial team. Working closely with the Partnership Designer and the wider commercial team, they will ensure all materials are best-in-class, innovative, and aligned with Formula E’s brand identity. This role is instrumental in supporting commercial storytelling through design, pushing creative boundaries, and integrating new design technologies to enhance Formula E’s partnership proposition.
- Creative Asset Development: Creation of visually striking, commercially driven presentations and design assets.
- Innovative Design Concepts: Development and visualisation of innovative design concepts to support partnership sales and activations.
- Brand Consistency:Strengthening brand consistency across all commercial materials
- Visual Content Integration:Integration of striking visual imagery, video, animation and movement into visual materials to enhance engagement.
- Team Collaboration:Supporting the wider commercial team with design-led workshops and new creative workflows.
What we're looking for in you:
- Industry Experience:Proven experience creating bespoke sales or marketing materials within the commercial or partnerships team of a sports or entertainment rights holder, media business or creative agency.
- Technical Expertise:Strong experience with presentation design platforms (e.g. Adobe Express, Keynote, PowerPoint, Pitch or equivalent).
- Adaptability & Pace:Experience working in a fast-paced sales and go-to-market environment with varying pressures and deadlines.
- Embracing New Technology:Comfort with emerging AI and design technology tools and a willingness to explore new creative tech to support design functionality.
- Attention to Detail:Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality execution
- Working Hours: Ability to work 3-4 days a week over a 4 month period
