Junior Validation Testing Technician
As part of the Alpine long-term plan to compete for F1 World Championships we are looking to add to our talented team with individuals who are motivated to significantly contribute to our relentless pursuit of excellence.
Within the Build and Test Department we are looking for a Junior Validation Testing Technician to learn and develop into this role.
The Role:
The Junior Technician role is a developmental role in which you will learn the skills to become responsible for performing laboratory-based tests, using a range of rigs and equipment to ensure a variety of car components and systems are qualified and/or signed off, complying with relevant test specifications.
Over time and through a structured learning and development plan you will take ownership of the tests performed working closely with our engineering department to support development and production tests to ensure our car runs safely and reliably in every weekend race as well as supporting performance development.
The Person:
You may be at the beginning of your engineer or technician career and be motivated to develop into a technician or engineering role.
We are looking for someone who has good mechanical and testing skills with a passion for finding solutions to solving problems. You will also be highly motivated to learn, have excellent attention to detail and work to high standards.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who will strengthen our team and develop with us during the constant changes and improvements seen within this fast-paced department.
