As we continue to grow, we are looking to strengthen our team as soon as possible with a consultant (m/f/d) for the Spare Parts and Accessories department.
Your profile:
You will be a key figure for your colleagues in the workshop when it comes to the supply and provision of spare parts, accessories, and consumables. You will also be responsible for accepting inquiries and orders from external customers and ensuring that they are compiled and delivered on time. You are a team player, highly motivated, and assertive. Ideally, you have knowledge of workshop processes or have already worked in a car dealership/workshop.
Consulting and sales of spare parts and accessories, including appropriate technical advice on-site and by telephone if necessary.
Incoming goods inspection and appropriate picking and preparation of goods for customer orders and the workshop business.
Basic knowledge of warranty and goodwill processing, including handling complaints and returns from private and commercial customers.
Interface between logistics and the workshop area.
Ensuring permanent and immediate delivery capability based on customer needs (workshop and end user).
Presentation, consulting, and sales of Porsche Lifestyle, Porsche Tequipment, and Porsche Classic products.
Continuous training in all Porsche products, parts, accessories, and services.
Application of the relevant Porsche systems and implementation of and compliance with processes according to Porsche standards.
