Parts Service Employee (m/f/d) – Focus on Wheel Hotel
Responsible for the administration of our new and modern Wheel Hotel.
Acceptance, inspection, and storage of customer wheels as well as provision of wheels for the workshop.
Support with tire mounting and removal, as well as wheel balancing and storage.
Inspection of wheels for damage and compliance with quality standards.
Processing and reordering tires.
Maintaining warehouse and inventory documentation.
Implementation and presentation of quotes for damage and tire replacement.
Direct communication with customers.
Support of the parts service in the workshop area.
Friendly advice and direct sales of parts to our customers.
Picking and preparing goods for the workshop.
Creating and maintaining warehouse locations. Receiving and inspecting goods, including handling complaints if necessary.
General warehouse activities.
Compliance with all specifications and guidelines relating to parts service.
