Red Bull Racing & Technology have an exciting opportunity to join our championship winning team in the role of Parts Supply HUB Coordinator.
Reporting to the Parts Supply HUB Team Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating parts at the factory along with the distribution of new and serviced parts to and from events. Accountability for coordinating parts supply to our customers and off-car projects while meeting the requirements of our manufacturing and car build processes are also important aspects of this role. Additionally, you will assist the pre-event and pack-up function, providing support to the Race Team as required.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail. This will be regularly demonstrated throughout our event shipping and returns processes and in completing all necessary customs paperwork.
This role requires attendance to occasional races and events throughout the year, therefore the ability and willingness to travel is essential.
To be considered for this role, we require the following experience:
- Proven parts control experience within a similar environment, with logistics experience being preferable
- ERP and Lifing System knowledge is essential (Epicor and TLS systems preferred, but not essential)
- A committed and flexible attitude, working to rigid and sometimes unsocial deadlines
- An excellent verbal and written communicator, being able to deliver concise and clear messaging to all levels within the team
