We offer you a fascinating interface with suppliers, logistics, analysis, planning, and product audits. During your internship, you will gain comprehensive insights into the Porsche working world and, depending on the focus of your studies, support us in various areas of quality assurance for purchased parts:
Quality Assurance for Pressed Parts
Familiarization with factory sensors for detecting defects in structural and outer skin parts made of aluminum, steel, and plastic
Support in the analysis, troubleshooting, and implementation of improvement measures for faults caused by purchased parts
Quality Assurance for Interior/Exterior, Chassis/Powertrain
Support and assistance in the troubleshooting process for specific complaints in the chassis and powertrain environment
Collaboration in researching data from quality systems, participation in product audit discussions, including documentation
Quality Assurance for Electronics
Participation in the implementation of ESD (electrostatic discharge) specifications at the Leipzig plant
Support of day-to-day operations in the support of electronic components
Quality Assurance for Vehicle Project Start-up
Collaboration in evaluations and forecasts of generation statuses for new purchased parts
Support in process and project support
