Job Overview
We are looking for a Vendor Tooling Analyst to support our programs from development to SOP, ensuring cost accuracy, tracking and continuous improvement across vendor tooling activities.

Responsibilities
Vendor tooling (VT) drift tracking
- Collects target, sourcing and changes data per commodity using all available Stellantis tools ( such as: Cost Books, PLM, SAP, GST, Chrono), interacting with Project Economics Manager, Total Production Cost leader, and Project Leaders
- Identifies the drifts of the forecast vs. target and vs. awards
- Investigates the reasons for drifts, supporting and encouraging lessons learned activities
- Implements Vendor Tooling (VT) database with awards
Vendor Tooling Economic Assessment
- Supports elaboration of VT expenses framing from IM to CM using available archetypes, scope sheets, and Visual Bill of Material
- Supports the forecast to framing convergence activities
Archetype updates
- Supports the update of the archetypes using the collected data
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience, including automotive exposure
- Understanding of automotive systems and terminology
- Knowledge of tooling processes (molds, dies) is a strong plus
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA is a plus)
- Knowledge of European data systems and tools
- Fluent in English and Italian (B2 level minimum)
Offer
- Salary range: from 36.400€ to 46000€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
