JUNIOR ANALYST DEMAND PLANNING
Mission
Drive the end-to-end demand planning process, ensuring robust and reliable forecast generation, aligned with market demand and production constraints.
The role plays a key part in transforming Demand Planning from a reactive activity into a preventive, data-driven process, improving the quality of Production Demand Input and strengthening MPP reliability and execution performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the continuous improvement of the forecast process, streamlining workflows from submission to allocation, and actively identifying pain points and transformation opportunities
- Enhance forecast reliability and process robustness, improving alignment between demand, order intake and execution, while reducing volatility and inconsistencies
- Define and implement performance KPIs, ensuring proper measurement of forecast quality and coverage across different legacy processes and planning horizons
- Integrate production constraints upfront (e.g. capacity, powertrain, supply limitations), ensuring a realistic and executable demand plan and minimizing late adjustments and inefficiencies
- Leverage data and advanced analytics, including AI-based solutions, to anticipate risks, challenge inputs and support better decision making
- Contribute to the evolution toward a preventive planning approach, improving visibility, accountability and cross-functional alignment
Education background:
- Degree in Engineering or Economics; Master’s degree in Supply Chain / Operations / Data Analytics is a plus
Technical skills:
- Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Excel),
- Experience (1-2 years) in data analysis, interest to advanced analytics / AI applications in planning and forecasting;
- Knowledge of Demand Planning and Supply Chain processes would be appreciated;
- Fluent in English
Soft skills:
- Data-driven approach with the ability to challenge inputs, ability to operate in dynamic and complex environments, effective communication
Offer
- Salary range: from €34.000 to €38.000, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
