As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll work closely with Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and other internal stakeholders to identify top talents for various roles across Europe. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Partner and align with Hiring Managers from different European Infineon sites regarding recruitment strategies Handle recruitment processes across different stages, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management Perform candidate sourcing on multiple platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, internal CRM and others) Build, maintain, and nurture talent pipelines through effective Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), proactively engaging with key talent pools to support both current and future hiring needs Leverage analytic tools and metrics (e.g. talent demand and availability, competitor landscape, trending skills) to support data-driven hiring decisions Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are a highly proactive person who easily establishes a successful cooperation with your team and others. With your methodic and organized working style, you structure your activities in an efficient way. Furthermore, your service mindset and your strong customer orientation allow you to target specific needs and to provide a service of excellence. A University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or similar field of studies At least 3 years of work experience in recruiting, headhunting, talent search, or HR consulting preferably with technical roles (e.g., IT, engineering, etc.) Effective work experience in stakeholder management Experience in interviewing and in using recruitment tools (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, etc.) would be highly advantageous Great communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a collaborative mindset * Fluency in English – mandatory Contact: Diogo Venâncio, LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
