As an IT Application Owner within our "IT HR Time and Workforce Management" team, you will be the driving force behind the maintenance, development and implementation of innovative HR solutions. You will work closely with business owner counterparts in HR to define and analyze requirements, ensuring that our applications meet the evolving needs of the organization. Lead requirements definition and analysis, collaborating with HR stakeholders to identify business needs and define requirements for new or enhanced applications, contributing to shape the future of our HR technology landscape Work with external service partners to analyze requests, evaluate solutions, and provide technical consulting/services to HR, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our applications Provide, monitor and ensure the high-quality delivery of services either from external partners or Infineon, guaranteeing that our applications meet the highest standards of performance, security, and reliability Contribute to innovation projects within your area of responsibility or across the "IT HR Time and Workforce Management" team, driving the adoption of new technologies and processes that enhance our HR capabilities You possess a unique combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. You are a strong listener, able to consider multiple perspectives and balance customer requirements with technical possibilities. You are a creative problem-solver, with the courage and passion to develop new and innovative ideas and drive them to implementation. A Diploma or University Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar field of studies At least 3 years of relevant work experience in an IT department or IT consulting company, with a focus on managing and supporting IT tools Experience in the HR domain with exposure to time-related processes Experience with web-based tools, such as .NET, knowledge of Oracle Database and knowledge of Kronos would be highly desirable Fluent in English, German speaking would be helpful We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
