Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: As the Global Process Owner Business Travel Expenses, you will lead and optimize worldwide travel expense processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency while collaborating with global stakeholders across business and support functions. Define and document process requirements by understanding cross-functional, legal, and local business needs to ensure compliance Drive innovation and set standards in the process, taking into account automation, digitalization, and artificial intelligence. Benchmark processes and solutions with external peers to incorporate best practices Monitor global process performance and implement corrective measures for continuous process improvement Manage and deliver projects within your area of responsibility, which specifically focuses on business travel request and expense processes Adapt rules and policies to respond to changing requirements and global standards Coordinate stakeholder communications and ensure group-appropriate updates and alignment Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: You are a collaborative and analytical thinker with a structured approach to process ownership and improvement. Your strong communication skills, global mindset, and attention to compliance help you succeed in interdisciplinary and multicultural settings. Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (mandatory) At least 5 years of experience, preferentially business travel / expense management or process management Interdisciplinary experience in accounting, HR, or IT, with exposure to global projects or operations (preferred) Demonstrate expertise in ERPs such as SAP FI and/or Concur (preferred) Fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken)Please send us your CV in English.
