Are you in? Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: Are you passionate about effective communication, creating impactful events, and building strong networks? Join our Software Transformation (SWT) department and play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and collaboration within our organization and beyond. Internal Communication: Communicate the department’s core areas, activities, and objectives effectively across the organization to ensure alignment and transparency Develop and deliver clear, engaging, and consistent messaging for internal audiences Event Organization and Execution: Plan, organize, and execute events that promote the vision and progress of the Software Transformation department Coordinate logistics, manage stakeholders, and ensure high-quality deliverables for events Intranet Management: Restructure and maintain the department’s intranet presence, ensuring it is an engaging, up-to-date, and user-friendly resource Regularly update content and monitor its effectiveness in reaching key audiences Community Building: Build and maintain strong relationships within the software community, both internally and externally Act as a connector to foster collaboration, knowledge exchange, and innovation across teams and departments Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate communications, event management, or related roles Strong organizational and communication skills, with a creative mindset to engage stakeholders effectively Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines Familiarity with intranet platforms and content management systems is a plus A proactive and self-motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic environment * Fluent English skills (written and spoken) Please send us your CV in English.
