Work with digital teams to integrate operational workflows into Infineon's platforms, ensuring seamless and scalable transactions Provide training on O2C processes to ensure proper understanding and adherence to workflows Develop and implement a concept for self-service tools (e.g., chatbots) to enable stakeholders to independently access O2C process information You are solution-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy working across departments to drive impactful results and implement continuous improvements.
