Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Take over the responsibility for a selected Shipping processes Define, implement, and control standardized guidelines and tools for your assigned processes Manage structural issues and the resolution of problems through the identification and implementation of appropriate, counter measures Align with stakeholders worldwide (e.g. Production locations, Distribution Centers, Customer Logistics Management, Tax, Customs, Transit Management, Route office, Exception process) Maintain and set up process documentation to ensure proper change management and training Manage processes as well as IT changes by supporting the definition of requirements and the testing Represent your assigned process as a team member in international projects to ensure necessary inputs are given to set up new processes correctly. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed University degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Economic Engineering, Business Informatics, or similar At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience with a focus on Process Management, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, with an affinity for data and data quality Excellent communication skills enabling you to solve conflicts constructively and to manage interfaces actively Knowledge of SAP logistics modules would be an advantage Fluency in EnglishPlease send us your CV in English.
