Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
As a Senior Specialist Software Business Analytics, you enable fact‑based steering for software enabled business within a hardware led organization. You will join the Software Business Enablement (SWBE) team within the Software Transformation (SWT) organization and define and analyze performance frameworks, KPIs, and data visualizations, translating results into insights and steering recommendations that support consistent decision‑making and strategic direction setting for SWBE, SWT, and business leadership.
- Define performance frameworks and KPIs to assess the impact and progress of SWT and SWBE initiatives
- Design and maintain dashboards and data visualizations that support operational and management steering
- Analyze performance results and derive insights, trends, and implications for SWBE and SWT initiatives
- Enable fact‑based prioritization and outcome tracking across SWT and SWBE initiatives
- Establish common KPI definitions and reporting standards to ensure consistency and a single source of truth
- Identify data gaps, quality risks, and transparency issues early and drive improvements
- Partner with SWT and SWBE teams to ensure analytics align with business foundations, priorities, and steering needs
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
We are looking for an analytical and business‑oriented professional with a strong data mindset and the ability to work across functions. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with a pragmatic approach to translate data into insights, outcomes, and clear direction for scalable software business models.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in business analytics, performance management, and data‑driven enablement roles
- Strong experience defining and analyzing KPIs, performance frameworks, and reporting models
- Strong experience creating dashboards and working with data visualization tools for decision support
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Fluent English communication skills, with German language skills considered an advantage
