As a Senior Employee Mobility Consultant Specialist on our Corporate team, you’ll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon’s Business thriving. Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manage full lifecycle of assignment from pre-assignment to repatriation, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the success of the assignment and guiding them on procedures and expectations
- Ensure compliance with Infineon policies, namely with immigration, labor and tax laws in the respective countries, by identifying and mitigating risks associated with the assignments
- Ensure data quality within Infineon HR databases and in-time delivery of accurate documentation throughout the assignment process
- Support maintaining Employee Mobility procedures, guidelines and relevant knowledge up to date, supporting knowledge sharing within the team when there is an update or challenge
- Own defined reports for country jurisdiction assigned
- Assess and approve out-of-scope requests from our Vendors
- Provide feedback about required changes, improvements or gaps identified within Employee Mobility processes, and drive and implement process improvement items
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, HR, International Relations, Languages or equivalent
- Previous experience within Global Mobility roles
- Experience with ServiceNow (plus)
- Experience handling multiple stakeholders in an international environment and high adaptability to change
- Be capable of critical thinking and autonomy
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and German (plus)
