Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
As a Communication Trainee for Finance, you will support processes within the Communication team, maintaining the quality and effectiveness of Finance processes and providing accurate information to the internal and external business partners.
- Communicating with partners: Actively engage with internal and external business partners to resolve payment and invoicing-related requests, providing clear and concise information to help resolve issues
- Managing communication channels: Handle communication via MS Outlook, internal communication systems, and phone, ensuring that all messages are responded to in a professional and timely manner
- Process improvement: Contribute to the development of new automation processes to increase efficiency and productivity within the team
- Data analysis: Extract reports from the system, analyze the data, and provide insights to help inform business decisions
- Supplier account management: Assist in maintaining and clearing suppliers' accounts, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date
- Reconciliation: Ensure that balances with suppliers are accurately reconciled, identifying and resolving any discrepancies on time
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are a proactive communicator with strong customer orientation. You thrive in an international environment and want to work towards excellence to generate value with your efforts.
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics, Management, International Business, or equivalent field
- Tools & Systems: Good knowledge of Outlook and MS Office - Excel is an advantage
- Technical Knowledge: Motivation to understand treasury policy concerning regular payments
- Working Style: Proactive, flexible, and a team player with strong customer orientation
- Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a plus
