Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Join our Human Resources team as a Trainee and help evolve our global Early Career Talent Programs, covering all Graduate and PhD Excellence programs in alignment with the team based in Germany. You will contribute to the further development of our program framework, enhance training and learning offerings, and support the preparation of events, helping create a consistent, high-quality experience for early career talents worldwide.
- Shape program development: Contribute to the continuous development and global harmonization of our Graduate and PhD Excellence programs and help further evolve our overall program framework
- Turn insights into action: Analyze program metrics, feedback, and other inputs to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decisions
- Co-create learning experiences and events: Support the design, further development, and implementation of training offerings for our Programs; Support the preparation and coordination of events, workshops, and training sessions
- Strengthen program visibility: You contribute to communication and marketing topics, such as presentations, campaigns, and social media formats
- Collaborate globally: You work closely with a global team and stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure alignment and consistency across our programs
- Create content that stands out: You design engaging PowerPoint presentations in English and support the creation of clear, high-quality program materials, process descriptions, and documentation
- Work with ownership: You manage your tasks in a structured way, keep track of multiple topics, and proactively move them forward
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You’re comfortable handling a wide range of tasks, from strategic to logistical to operational - and you thrive in dynamic environments. You enjoy connecting with colleagues around the world and working in multicultural, global settings.
- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Event Management, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- Tools: Good PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and effective presentations
- Working Style: Capable of working independently and collaboratively; Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once; Eager to learn and adapt to new situations and processes
- Experience: Event planning, program development, and training experience are a plus; curious to explore other HR areas
- Language Skills: Fluency in English
