Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
As an Accountant for Asset Accounting and General Ledger, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with internal and external requirements, and the timely delivery of high-quality reporting.
- Manage fixed assets throughout their entire life cycle including asset maintenance, asset depreciation in SAP, reorganizational changes, reconciliation between asset accounting and general ledger, qualitative controls, asset cleansing, reporting and fixed asset inventory coordination
- Perform general postings in SAP FI including banks, salaries, provisions, miscellaneous expenses, etc.
- Monitor, analyze and maintain accounts, ensuring the timely resolution of open items and account discrepancies
- Execute foreign currency valuation activities
- Reconcile intercompany accounts across Infineon Group entities, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Support the submission of net profit before tax and interest data through the OneStream platform
- Perform and document qualitative controls to ensure data integrity, compliance, and reporting accuracy
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are a proactive and fast-learning professional who creates value through practical, high-quality solutions. With strong communication skills, you build effective relationships across all levels and have a keen interest in Accounting within a multinational environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or equivalent fields of studies
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Audit and Reporting activities, preferably in an international/shared service environment
- Hands-on experience working with SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel and Outlook
- Fluency in English
