Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Project Management Office Specialist, you will join our Corporate Real Estate Management team to support and enhance global office, laboratory, and logistics projects and processes. Provide expertise and services within a central Project Management Office Guide and support project owners and managers through the full project lifecycle from setup to completion Deliver first-level tool support for project managers applying advanced methodologies for high-quality project execution and compliance Evaluate monthly project reports and offer guidance during project status reviews Collaborate with finance, procurement and other real estate departments to drive successful project outcomes Contribute to developing PMO practices within a functional organization Support demand management and portfolio planning to optimize resources and processes Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: You are a proactive collaborator who excels in dynamic teams, communicates effectively, and solves complex challenges. You enjoy supporting others, ensuring project excellence, and thrive in an international environment where you can make a lasting impact. Degree or certification in civil engineering or a related field with additional training in project management (mandatory) At least five years of experience managing real estate projects across all phases, including construction and fit-out (mandatory) Have experience designing and implementing award and execution models (mandatory) Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams (mandatory) Apply advanced problem-solving skills and a strong economic understanding to drive project success (mandatory) Support project managers and stakeholders on the client side and implement standardized templates and processes (preferred) Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required; additional languages are a plusPlease send us your CV in English.
