Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role As an Accounts Payable Trainee, you will ensure the quality and effectiveness of the processes, securing compliance while providing accurate information and timely reporting. You will have the chance to understand treasury policy concerning regular payments and gain hands-on experience in accounting. Invoice and Payment Processing: Analyze and process invoices; Check system information accuracy; Support invoice workflow-related tasks Communication and Coordination: Maintain communication with local teams and with Infineon’s business partners Reporting: Extract reports from the system and analyze them Quality Checks: Help with daily/weekly controls to ensure balances match financial information Account Maintenance: Clear and maintain accounts Accounts Payable Activities: Support audit and closing activities Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You have a proactive personality and the ability to work autonomously. You like to work in a project-structured environment and are eager to learn on the job. Education: Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or equivalent field Technical Skills: Experience in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, linking worksheets, Pivot Tables, analysis) Working Style: Strong critical thinking skills with a focus on high-quality standards; Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities Language Skills: Fluent in English (especially reading and writing, with a focus on a business setting) * What Would be a Plus: Knowledge in SAP or other Financial tools (HFM, OneStream, BusinessObjects, Oracle, etc.) and some experience with accounting Please apply with your CV in English.
