As a Senior Specialist HR M&A; and RB Projects PMO on our Corporate Functions team become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on HR integration activities across multiple projects Maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, and support the creation of integration playbooks and checklists Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items Support communication between HR teams, business units, and corporate functions to ensure alignment and timely execution Monitor risks and issues, escalate as needed, and support resolution tracking Maintain and update project management tools, templates, and dashboards used by the HR Post-Merger Integration team Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data relevant to integration activities (e.g., headcount, organizational structures, systems) Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are highly organized and manage your time efficiently, ensuring that priorities are always clear. Your excellent written and verbal communication abilities allow you to work collaboratively across diverse teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1+ years of experience in HR, project coordination, or Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) support roles Familiarity with HR processes and systems, as well as some initial experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) or Post Merger Integration (PMI), would be a plus Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) Experience supporting global HR projects or integrations, as well as a basic understanding of project and change management Willingness to work flexible hours during peak project phases Fluency in English (mandatory)Please send us your CV in English.
