What you'll do
Manage and coordinate a dedicated product group within the production line.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, R&D, Product Management, Quality Assurance, and other teams.
- Ensure on-time, complete, and high-quality customer deliveries.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, drive process improvements.
- Plan and optimize forecasts, materials, and production in SAP.
- Maintain accurate master data, inventory levels, and production plans.
- Support new product launches and manage product/material changes in SAP.
- Maintain BOMs, assembly instructions, and routing plans for production accuracy.
What you need
To succeed in this role, you'll need hands-on experience in MRP software tools (SAP experience is an advantage).
- Bachelor / Master degree in engineering, applied sciences, business, secondary technical college or comparable.
- Outgoing personality with good communication skills (teamwork is our core value).
- 2+ years of relevant experience (Supply chain & production process understanding needed).
- Assertive communication style, solution-oriented approach.
- Initiative and commitment towards enabling manufacturing timelines.
- Proficiency in English, knowledge of German is an advantage.
