What you'll do
You'll execute customer software orders, prepare and manufacture SW/HW based product solutions, handle and process the orders in SAP, generate software licenses, and administer them using specific digital tools and systems.
- Execution of customer software orders
- Preparation and manufacturing of SW/HW based product solutions
- Handling and processing the orders in SAP
- Software license generation and administration, using specific digital tools and systems
- Data maintenance on AVL software delivery portals
- Preparation of software order related documents and materials
- Creation & maintenance of software installed base
- Provide the initial customer support related to software deliveries
- Provide the relevant support to internal structures and share expertise in software order fulfillment processes and related topics
What you need
To succeed in this role, you'll need a completed education in applied sciences or a comparable technical background, 2+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in English. You should also be a confident SAP user and have an outgoing personality with good communication skills.
