We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist to join our team in Érd, Hungary. The successful candidate will become a key partner in shaping precise personnel cost planning and delivering high-quality HR reporting and analysis.
What you'll do
In this role, you will become a key partner in shaping precise personnel cost planning and delivering high-quality HR reporting and analysis. By ensuring data excellence in SAP HCM and SAP OM, you will create the foundation for informed decision-making across our global organization. Working in close collaboration with international HR teams, you will combine your analytical mindset with your strong attention to detail — making an impact that reaches far beyond numbers.
- Drive Position Management in SAP Human Capital Management and SAP Organizational Management, laying the foundation for a precise personnel cost planning
- Active contribution to personnel cost planning (quarterly) in close collaboration with the HR team in Graz
- Independent handling of the business cards requests for employees
- Safeguarding and continuously improving the data quality in SAP HCM with close collaborating with international HR colleagues
- Prepare and analyze HR reports to support decision-making processes
- Coordination of appointments and support the preparation and refinement of presentations
- Act as the central contact point for international SAP HCM and SAP OM support, providing expert guidance to HR colleagues in our Affiliates
What you need
- Completed degree in Business Administration or a related field (University of Applied Sciences, University or equivalent commercial education)
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong IT affinity and openness to quickly learn and master new systems and topics
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of numerical literacy
- Ideally, prior experience with SAP HCM/OM
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and Nexon knowledge are an advantage
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working with the ability to meet deadlines reliably
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and enthusiasm for working in an international environment
