What you'll do
Monitor customer accounts regularly, adjusting limits according to performance and changing risk levels.
- Ensure full compliance with credit insurance requirements, including overdue notifications and turnover reporting
- Manage the AR ledger, track outstanding invoices, and support DSO reduction through effective follow-up
- Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates to finance leadership and sales teams
- Lead proactive cash collection efforts through calls, emails, meetings, and resolve billing discrepancies
- Escalate high-risk or severely overdue accounts for legal or recovery actions when needed
What you need
To succeed in this role, you'll need hands-on experience in credit management and strong analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Professional certifications (CMA, CPA, CFM, or credit management certifications) are a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Credit Analyst or accounts receivable
- Strong background of financial statement analysis and credit appraisal skills
- Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems (SAP S4) and strong excel skills
- Good communication skills and experience with different cultural conditions
- Strong and structured reporting skills
- Problem-solving, relationship management, and dispute-resolution skills
