What you'll do
You'll be responsible for the administration and configuration of the Learning Management System (LMS), ideally SAP SuccessFactors Learning. You'll create and maintain training courses and learning paths, coordinate training activities including participant management, scheduling, and resource organization, handle training orders and internal booking processes, conduct evaluations and analyses of training quality and effectiveness, and prepare reports on usage data, completion rates, and learning outcomes.
What you need
To succeed in this role, you'll need completed studies or training in media design, e-learning, pedagogy with technical affinity, or a related field. Experience in training organization and LMS administration is an advantage. Experience with SAP is an advantage. You'll need a structured and service-oriented working style, analytical thinking for evaluating LMS data, very good English skills, and teamwork and strong communication skills.
