What you'll do
You'll handle supplier calls and emails, resolving invoice and payment issues, receive, scan, and process invoices in line with company procedures, support managing non-compliant documents and update workflow systems, support processing supplier and intercompany payments, reconcile supplier statements, investigate discrepancies, and provide status updates with the team.

What you need
You'll need a Bachelor's degree, relevant professional experiences are an advantage, basic understanding of IFRS reporting concepts or other international GAAP's, SAP knowledge, good knowledge MS Office (EXCEL and WORD), English language knowledge, German is an advantage, ability to work in a team, customer orientation, good communication skills, and willingness to learn and understand the Accounts Payable processes, and gaining foundational accounting knowledge.
