What you'll do
You'll be responsible for managing personnel data and processes in SAP Human Capital Management and SAP Organizational Management. This includes laying the foundation for precise personnel cost planning, active contribution to personnel cost planning, handling business card requests for employees, and safeguarding and continuously improving data quality in SAP HCM.
- Drive Position Management in SAP Human Capital Management and SAP Organizational Management
- Active contribution to personnel cost planning (quarterly) in close collaboration with the HR team in Graz
- Independent handling of the business cards requests for employees
- Safeguarding and continuously improving the data quality in SAP HCM with close collaborating with international HR colleagues
What you need
- Completed degree in Business Administration or a related field (University of Applied Sciences, University or equivalent commercial education)
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong IT affinity and openness to quickly learn and master new systems and topics
