What you'll do
You'll be responsible for the technical implementation of e-learnings based on didactic storyboards, development and design of interactive learning modules using Articulate Storyline / Rise, creation and editing of learning videos (cutting, audio, effects), graphic design and image editing using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), ensuring responsive and accessible design, upload, maintenance, and technical administration of learning content in the company’s LMS, coordination with the project team in Graz, subject matter experts from the business, and internal stakeholders, support in testing (SCORM/xAPI compliance, usability, functional tests), analysis of LMS data to optimize learning content and usage, reporting on usage data, completion rates, and learning success based on LMS statistics.
What you need
To succeed in this role, you'll need completed studies or training in media design, e-learning, pedagogy with technical affinity, or a related field, practical experience in the creation of digital learning content is desirable, experience in LMS administration, ideally SAP SuccessFactors Learning, basic understanding of modern didactic principles, strong analytical skills to evaluate learning progress and LMS data, ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and meet deadlines, team spirit, high quality standards, creativity, and a structured working style, excellent English skills, confident handling of AI tools for e-learning creation is desirable.
