What you'll do
Be part of our multinational projects focusing on Battery Management Systems (BMS) Development of electronic control units in a high-paced project for our premium OEM customer Define requirements, create test cases and validate systems through Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing Perform model based development of control concepts in Matlab/Simulink Local BMS team lead including people- and skill management Facilitate professional development of your team (mentoring, training programs, etc)
What you need
BSc/ MSc degree in Engineering (Electrical-, Vehicle-, Mechanical or related fields) 3 years of development experience in automotive industry or in model-based function development (knowledge of batteries is advantageous) Experience in performance electronics and in complex drivers Proficient in English, with strong communication and teamwork skills, German proficiency is a plus.
