What you'll do
Conceptualization and creation of digital learning content based on didactic storyboards
Development of interactive e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline / Rise
Design and editing of learning videos (cutting, audio, effects)
Graphic design using programs like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Ensuring responsive and accessible design
Support with testing (SCORM/xAPI, usability, functionality), as well as incorporating feedback
Collaboration with global subject matter experts and the project team in Graz
Administrative tasks in our global LMS (upload, testing, deputy)
What you need
Experience in creating digital learning content
Knowledge of modern didactic principles
Creativity, quality awareness, and a structured way of working
Very good English skills
Confident use of AI tools for e-learning creation is desirable
Nice to have
Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate 365, Captivate
Experience with video editing tools and video creation such as Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Vyond, Synthesia, etc.
Experience with graphic tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.
Prompting skills
Experience with accessible learning content (WCAG 2.1/2.2) is an advantage
