What you'll do
We are looking for an Engineering Operations Manager for our IP and subsystem Team to:
- Oversee day-to-day operations within subsystem engineering
- Organize engineering activity to scale consistently across locations and through third party partnership.
- Optimizes all engineering-related processes, ensuring efficient execution and continuous improvement
- Work with senior management to set goals and make key decisions on operational activities.
- Manage cross-functional interaction, ensuring schedule alignment and timely completion.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage projects pipeline daily.
- Work with engineering teams for implementing and deploying processes, as well as ensuring they are followed.
- Measure quality and consistency of deliverables
What you need
- An experienced professional with a strong background in planning and operational management for SoC digital design and integration.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence in a high-tech environment.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities which enable you to derive actionable insights from complex datasets and use data as guiding principles for decisions.
- Proactive problem-solver capable of driving changes in an engineering organization and introducing best practices for highly efficient execution.
- Excel at building relationships and can effectively collaborate with all levels of engineering and cross-functional teams.
