As a Senior Account Manager - EMS/ODM on our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long-lasting partnerships that thrive on success. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Manage regional responsibility for assigned EMS accounts by overseeing demand fulfillment and demand creation activities Drive revenue growth and gain market share by achieving team and individual business targets Identify high-potential projects and allocate resources and competencies to secure design wins with support from relevant departments Monitor sales performance and demand creation activities while ensuring timely and detailed sales reporting Collaborate closely with marketing, application engineers, and management to achieve design win target objectives Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing partnerships Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed If you have a passion for delivering results and strong relationship-building skills, you will be a great fit for this role. To excel, you will need a combination of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication abilities.
