Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Design, develop, optimize, and maintain company databases to support account management for a corporate account Create, manage, and distribute ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and scorecards to effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify gaps, trends, and patterns, and provide actionable insights that support business objectives Create interactive and visually compelling data visualizations using Business Intelligence (BI) tools to facilitate informed decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform strategic decisions Act as the Data Owner, driving the annual 5-Year Account Strategy (Blue Book) process in partnership with sales management Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track progress and drive business growth Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of data visualization principles At least 3 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, data science, or a related field, with a focus on manipulating and extracting insights from complex datasets Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders Knowledge or experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Fluency in English at a professional level in written and spoken communication Contact: Alan Olivarez, LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
