As a Senior Staff Specialist Quality Contract Manager on our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long-lasting partnerships that thrive on success. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Quality Management and Contract Specialist, you will help shape our customer engagement and uphold the highest standards for quality within our semiconductor and automotive business. Join a collaborative, cross-functional team where your expertise drives impactful contract solutions and supports strategic company goals. Review and redline quality-related contracts for US customers according to QCP wording guidelines Lead quality-focused contract negotiations with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements Partner with Subject Matter Experts and the legal department to align on strategic approaches and customer proposals Initiate cost assessments for new customer requirements that are not yet implemented Collaborate closely with legal and customer interfacing teams to support timely and effective customer solutions Provide subject matter expertise to the legal department on quality-related content in supply contracts and development agreements Support roll out of new quality contracts and requirements by leading information sessions and training in the region Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You approach challenges with a collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate and build relationships across teams. You bring a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, enabling you to thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments. More than 5 years of professional experience with a focus on quality management or contract management in semiconductor or automotive industries (mandatory) Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision (mandatory) Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts (mandatory) Experience building and maintaining networks in new environments (preferred) Strong knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing, quality management, contract management, and automotive quality standards such as IATF, AIAG, AEC-Q (mandatory) Experience with contract negotiations (preferred) Fluent English language skills, with advanced proficiency in spoken and written communication (mandatory) Contact: Alan Olivarez, LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
