Coordinate and support quality tasks related to New Product Introduction and customer inquiries Participate in customer audits and support preparation to ensure compliance with industry standards Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive and clear communication Manage Failure Analysis requests, interpret reports, and relay findings to customers Act as the main interface for customer complaints, providing timely analysis and support Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and drive continuous improvement Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to support customer and business needs. Degree in engineering or related field and understanding of electronic devices (mandatory) Knowledge of semiconductor devices, package technologies, and device reliability (mandatory) with Failure analysis and field applications experienced highly desired.
