Administer sample limits by updating and maintaining the Sample Portal to ensure accuracy and alignment with agreed-upon policies Propose and manage sample limits by collaborating with divisions and marketing teams to align on sampling strategies Monitor stock levels and address potential shortages or surpluses for improved inventory control Coordinate inventory with the service partner by managing supplier schedules and addressing concerns or discrepancies in data Oversee exception orders to ensure timely review and approval for those exceeding the standard free sample limits Maintain and optimize the website for configuration tasks related to customer groups, regions, countries, and shipping options Analyze data and prepare reports to extract insights and assess opportunities for improvement while keeping stakeholders informed Completed university degree in electronics, business engineering, or a related field At least 4 years of professional experience in sales and management Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate persuasively with higher management levels and other stakeholders Expertise in evaluating distribution partner management situations and resolving complex inventory/supply chain challenges Strong coordination and communication skills to collaborate effectively internally and externally Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights Proficiency in business or technical tools and prior experience with website optimization or configuration is an advantage We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
