Are you in? #LI-AO1 Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: Partner with strategic customers to ensure reliable supply and outstanding service. Join a collaborative Global Supply Chain team that values diverse perspectives and continuous improvement Build strong relationships with customers and cross‑functional partners Plan and lead supply chain meetings internally and with customers Communicate open orders, delivery plans, and lead times while monitoring on‑time fulfillment Reduce demand–supply gaps and implement scalable supply chain concepts Analyze the global supply situation during constraints and present mitigation options to manage expectations Manage escalations, including emergency shipments and returns, to protect customer satisfaction Act as the primary customer point of contact for demand fulfillment topics Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: You bring a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a drive to create value for customers. You are comfortable navigating complexity, taking ownership, and working with diverse teams to deliver results Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field -- Mandatory 1 to 3 years of experience in customer supply chain, order management, or demand planning -- Mandatory Fluent English (written and spoken) -- Mandatory Proven customer focus, relationship‑building, and communication skills -- Mandatory Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and data analysis using Excel or similar tools -- Preferred * Willingness to travel internationally when required -- Nice to have Contact: Alan Olivarez, LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
