The Race Strategy Analyst is a pivotal role within the race strategy team by supporting race weekend operations with strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic scenarios, ensuring all strategic decisions are data-driven and well-informed. Beyond race weekends, this position provides the opportunity to contribute to the development of strategy tools, predictive models, and operational processes within a new and rapidly evolving team.
- Remote support for race strategy preparation and execution
- Assisting in development of race strategy tools and infrastructure
- Analysing competitor data to guide model and tool development
- Assisting in development of operational processes
- Completing mandatory event reporting on time and to a high standard
- Developing and maintaining department administration and reporting procedures

What do you need to bring to the team?
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with minimal errors
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience in performing data analysis, including data cleaning, transformation, and visualization, using Python, R, or equivalent
- Honesty, transparency, and integrity in all aspects of work
- High-level motorsports experience is highly valued but not required
- Experience working in a trackside environment is highly valued but not required
