Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering state-of-the-art data solutions, as well as further enhancing existing ones. You will act as a consultant towards several stakeholders, partnering up with counterparts across different areas in order to translate business needs into requirements and fact-based solutions. Enable and support end-users of HR Reporting Solutions, manage involved stakeholders and ensure timely and relevant communication flows Assess new stakeholder requests, prioritize requests, and translate business requirements into technical requirements ensuring close alignment with IT for implementation Develop new self-service data solutions, such as Certified Data Sources, Dashboards, or List Reports Own and handle existing solutions, namely by troubleshooting and bug-fixing, enhancing and maintaining features throughout the reporting life-cycle Trend-scout and consult on data-related matters Support HR and business in taking better, faster, fact-based decisions, making HR a data-driven organization Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are proactive, result-oriented and have a structured and self- driven working style. Your strong communication skills allow you to build and leverage solid relations and cooperate with different stakeholders. Furthermore, you have strong analytical skills combined with the ability to develop user-friendly Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to support decision-makers. A University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Mathematics or similar field of studies 1+ years of analytics working experience ideally linked to Human Resources Knowledge and understanding of reporting solutions and data analysis process, as well as proven experience in visualizing data in order to build value-add solutions for customers Familiarity with Data Warehouse platforms, ETL concepts, and Business Intelligence (BI) software proficiency- preferably Tableau and/or Power BI- covering both data engineering and visualization Analytical and conceptual skills, combined with hands-on spirit and good self-organization skills Team spirit, high attention to detail and stakeholder management experience, preferably in globally operating organizations * Fluency in English (mandatory) – knowledge of German is an advantagePlease send us your CV in English.
