A degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a similar field At least 3 years of experience strictly related to the area of Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power BI Strong understanding of OOB Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and the functional configurations and capabilities of the product Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI Experience designing configuration and customizations on Dynamics 365 CRM, and understanding when OOB features can suffice, and when customization is required Experience in business and IT management to plan ongoing feature development and product maintenance Experience in communicating and coordinating with internal business customers and other IT analysts to determine software requirements and system impacts Experience in DevOps processes and approach Agile methodology experience such as epics, user stories, features, MVP Understanding of Azure DevOps tool for Requirement engineering, Test Management & Deployment Ability to support Business stakeholders in the preparation and validation of UAT testing activities Fluency in English.
