As a Project Analyst Digital Procurement on our Corporate Functions team become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: As a Project Analyst Digital Procurement, you will support the rollout of global, cross-functional projects to standardize procurement processes and enable digitalization. Support Global Projects as a Project Team Member in order to streamline and standardize procurement processes, enable digitalization and ensure scalability for the future growth of Infineon Assist technical teams during build and implementation phases Perform testing and hypercare activities to achieve successful handover to operational teams Identify training requirements, including training documentation creation, update and delivery of training sessions to end users Drive Master Data migration activities within roll-outs (Data cleansing, Data selection, Data preparation, Data validation, etc…) Identify and implement best practice solutions to drive digitalization of procurement mainly in the area of SAP S4/HANA and SAP Ariba Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: Demonstrate strong communication skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to establish lasting relationships and networks. Show a proactive and supportive mindset, coupled with the capacity to adapt very well to different situations and all counterparts. A university degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management or Business Administration or a similar field of interest At least 2 years of professional experience in the fields of Purchasing, Process Improvement or IT in a Shared Service Center and/or SAP Background Experience in SAP S4/HANA (MM module), and SAP Ariba or Procurement system is a plus Familiarity in supplier management and e-procurement/sourcing tools is a plus Background in working within project teams and international environments Fluency in English (mandatory)Please send us your CV in English Contact: Rita Costa, LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
