We are looking for a highly motivated Media Planning Specialist to join our Media & Analytics Team in Turin, reporting to our Group Media Manager for the Italian Market.
You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated media strategies across all major channels to meet our business objectives, working across our diverse portfolio of brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective cross-channel media plans (TV, Digital, Social, OOH, Print, etc.) for product launches and brand campaigns.
- Coordinate the media agency in the development of planning strategies and specific projects, ensuring alignment with internal goals.
- Collaborate closely with assigned brand teams to ensure media plans are fully integrated into overall marketing strategies and to lead the execution of those plans.
- Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitive media activity to inform strategic recommendations.
- Manage the media budget, optimizing allocation across channels to achieve maximum efficiency and impact.
- Evaluate media performance against defined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and provide clear, actionable reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Communication, Media planning or Marketing field. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media ecosystems (Google Ads, Meta/Social platforms, Programmatic, etc.).
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear media strategies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, particularly in agency coordination.
- Fluency in English (required for market communication).
