Within Enlarged Europe - Network Development, we are looking for a Business Manager – a resource to support markets and regions in monitoring network viability. The profitability of dealers and retailers holds paramount importance within the Stellantis strategy. The role, at HQ level, offers the possibility to works with the National Sales Companies, Global Brands leaders, Pricing teams and Suppliers.
Main activities
- Monitor the profitability of the private dealers network for European countries (10 NSCs);
- Engage in dialogues with Brand representatives to oversee Dealer margins and their contributions to promotional efforts.
- Ensure the periodic submission of Business Management data from markets.
- Monitor and control the quality of the submitted data.
- Standardize the data collection process to make it comparable and aggregable.
- Consolidate the data into standard reports to be shared within the Company and Dealer Association.
- Preparation of periodic communications to the network regarding BM closures and any changes/improvements in the Tool
- Ensure that central guidelines are consistently applied by the National Sales Companies.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses for brand leaders, finance, or other audiences.
- Continuously monitor the viability of the dealership networks, identifying both opportunities and threats.
- Maintain relationships with markets and Business managers.
- Support the markets in preparing the Business plan for the Dealer Appointment Committees
Technical skills
- Financial background: knowledge of P&L and balance sheet
- Background Sales and After Sales processes: Knowledge of Importers/Dealers/Sales organization.
- Plus controlling role, Bank products and risk, pricing
- Master's degree in economics or in engineering
- Seniority: 2+ years.
- Advanced Excel and Power Point

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactivity, ability to learn quickly, adaptability, deliver on deadline.
- Precision and focus on details.
- Personal interest for automotive industry
