Description:
Dynamic and experienced Project Manager with project management and leadership skills, ability to interact with cross-functional teams, organizational and communication skills, passionate and fast learner to understand business dynamics and a talent for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a growth mindset, a bias for action, and strong problem-solving abilities. A plus is passion for AI an new technoclogies. The profile will be responsible of managing business demands, streamline IT solution evolutions, and coordinate projects.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Define and develop the strategy in line with business objectives.
- Identify and analyze dependencies between the projects.
- Develop a detailed program management plan, including budget, timeline, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with management to define objectives
Execution and Management:
- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timing, costs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate project teams, providing support and guidance.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage communications with stakeholders, keeping them informed about the projects’ status.
- Create, prioritize, and manage the backlog ensuring that developed functionalities are aligned with business needs.
- Enhancement and system evolution management
- Planning and Operational Support: support the planning and execution of activities such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training and Go-Live.
- Collection and analysis of requirements: collaborate with various stakeholders to collect and analyze functional and technical requirements, translating them into clear specifications for development teams.
Monitoring and Control:
- System Performance Monitoring: ensure the system meets performance, security, and scalability objectives, proposing improvements as needed.
- Data analysis: Analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and plan corrective actions to ensure objectives are met.
- Prepare periodic reports on the status to executives and stakeholders.
- KPI and Metrics Definition: establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of developments and solutions.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and motivate project teams.
- Promote collaboration and effective communication among team members.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC): act as the key reference for process implementation and requirements.
Vendors, Economics and budget management
- Projects budget preparation and management
- Projects completion on time and within budget.
- Supervise external vendor activities to ensure compliance with timelines, costs, and required security, regulatory, and quality standards.
Process Optimization
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation solutions to increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and propose appropriate technological solutions.
Innovation and Development
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in automation and productivity.
- Propose new ideas and innovative solutions to improve business efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Preferred 3-5 years of experience in managing projects.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile).
