We are looking for a Product Quality Manager – PRS System (PQM)
Responsibilities:
- Establish the Quality plan and ensure the proper application during program execution
- Manage quality convergence by applying the quality processes from the preliminary phase up to SOP + 6 months
- In charge of definition & drafting plan for achievement of the Quality objectives Powertrain Project, by carrying out the actions necessary to their elaboration, consolidation and management (including quality target and forecast, Customer survey, white books…)
- Establish the results of the design process by drafting the powertrain Design Assessment as well as the quality part of the milestone document and evaluating the customer impact in case of difference
- Ensures that lesson learn from previous project are well known and applied: Alert in case of deviation and Manage corrective actions when necessary and propose improvements when relevant
- Support the quality assessment of industrialization in close coordination with Customer Experience and Industrial Quality Team
- Support the program teams to prepare milestone reviews & follow up related action plans and validate expected maturity status
- Ensure close coordination with all stakeholders on his perimeter: core team, vehicle projects, Quality Department, Mechanics or Vehicle plants, Joint Venture Team and engineering suppliers if any , for convergence of project milestone deliverable requirement
- Manages project issues/risk and ensures timely closure with proper root cause analysis & standardized action plan
- Ensure the APQP PAPP synthesis at a System level o Ensure and animate the quality convergence of the batch method with the industrial team
- Ensure the achievement of quality target of upcoming secondary launches of powertrain by evaluating the outcome of the design processes and writing the secondary launch quality assessment
- Guarantee the applications of the mandatory rules and follow the deviation (IAA)
- Guarantee that there is no impact on quality during product or process changes after mass production by writing quality assessment in Product & Processg milestones (for serial life)
- Report through Monthly Quality Reporting
Skill requirements
- Master degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electronic preferable)
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and local language (Italian)
- Knowhow of Quality Tools, methodologies, customer claim handling.
- Problem Solving ability and basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Project management skills
- Presentation skills
- Strong proficiency using Microsoft office applications.
- Six Sigma/Green belt certification
- 1/2 years of professional experience
