Planning and coordinating the activities of the competence team (CT) in line with the specified CT objectives
Monitoring component scheduling (MDS) for completeness, timeliness, and freedom from conflicts
Planning and managing cost work in the KT, identifying cost-saving potential
Monitoring the process-compliant maturity level progress of the KT components
Coordination and monitoring of activities within the framework of weight management
Coordination of the development of proposed solutions in the event of deviations from the project plan and the occurrence of project risks. Identify areas for action to achieve goals
Drive decisions according to a defined process for product change projects (PÄV)
Drive, develop, and implement best practice potential through a continuous improvement process
Report to PL/PLE based on the KT status report
Moderate and conduct KT meetings
Support in involving all KT members and ensuring communication via KT meetings
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Completed technical bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study
Analytical and networked thinking
Ability to work in a team, resolve conflicts, and focus on the task at hand
Goal-oriented and independent working style
High level of commitment, motivation, and resilience
